Here's a shot of the patio table and two of the chairs during a light rain.

 Notice that the hole in the center of the table is letting the rain through to water a fern which is growing up through the deck,  Okay, to be perfectly honest, it's coincidence; not cause and effect, but -- a couple of months later -- the fern has grown to  provide generous shrubbery below the table.
