I've just located your error message web site and thought you would get a kick out of this error.  It's been a long time, so I don't remember exactly what triggered this Windows 95 error message;

I couldn't believe it!  I even saved the error dialog to a file by copying it to the clipboard, via Alt+PtrScr, pasting it into PaintShop and saving it as a JPG.  I see the file is dated 05/26/1998 - no wonder I don't remember.
