Not Exactly An Error ... But Still Annoying
I just sent you a message a second ago about your site, but I've just thought of a common problem that drives me round the twist. When you uninstall something, the Uninstall Shield often comes up with the message:
Uninstall Shield cannot delete certain files
... and there's a "details..." button. It usually refers to blank folders that the software occupied, or sometimes saved positions if it's a game you're uninstalling. But if it knows WHAT the "certain files" are, why not just ask you if you want to delete them? It would save me having to write down the pathname, then going into Windows Explorer and deleting them myself!
Anyway, as I said in the last message, it's a good site!

A little off topic but still a legitimate gripe and your suggestion for better handling is right on the mark. Maybe the folks at InstallShield will drop by and pay attention.
