Installation Not Required
Here's one I didn't see on the site - it's not really an error, but it is dumb.
Amazing how an uninstalled product runs so well.

No argument, Adam – computers never cease to amaze me. Sometimes I’m simply amazed that the installed versions run.
On the other hand, maybe this is a new wrinkle from Microsoft. After all, this could solve all their distribution and advertising problems. Just think about it, instead of selling you a new version, they simply create a new virtual version which doesn’t have to be installed, then virtually register you, virtually subtract funds from your bank account …
Hey, wait a minute! Aren’t they doing that already?
